Virtual Checkout Features
| Feature | How it works |

| Card number auto-formatting | As you type the card number, it formats automatically with spaces (e.g. 4242 4242 4242 4242). No need to type spaces yourself. |
| Real-time card brand detection | After the first 4 digits, a card brand badge (Visa / Mastercard / Amex) appears, confirming the card type. This helps verify you are entering the correct card. |
| 3D Secure | If the card issuer requires 3D Secure authentication, a redirect screen appears. The customer may need to confirm the transaction via their banking app or by entering a one-time code. |
| Billing address (optional) | Tap to expand the billing address section. Entering the customer's postcode enables AVS verification, improving your chargeback defence. |
| Immediate result | Approved: green confirmation screen with reference number. Declined: clear decline message with reason (e.g. "Insufficient funds" / "Card declined"). |
Security reminder: Even on mobile, the same PCI DSS rules apply. Do not write the card number into any notes app, contacts, or messaging app. Process the payment immediately and close the app screen once complete.
