Step 1 — Customer Details

  • Name (required) — auto-formatted to title case as you type
  • Email (required for delivery) — invoice PDF and payment link sent here
  • Mobile (optional)
  • Currency — select the invoice currency (one per invoice)
  • Import from contacts — tap to pre-fill customer details directly from your phone's address book

Step 2 — Line Items

  • Add each product or service: Description, Quantity, Unit Price (ex-VAT), and VAT Rate (%)
  • Grand Total, Subtotal, and Total VAT calculate in real time below the item list
  • Pick from Catalogue — tap to select a previously saved product. Details pre-fill automatically. See the Product Catalogue section below.

Step 3 — Review & Send

  • Full summary: customer details, every line item, VAT breakdown, and Grand Total
  • Add optional notes (visible on the PDF invoice)
  • Tap Create & Send Invoice
• Sharing options appear: QR code (customer scans on screen), WhatsApp, SMS, Copy Link, platform Share sheet
  • A PDF is automatically generated and saved to your device

Product Catalogue

Save frequently-used products or services so you can add them to invoices with a single tap — no retyping. Access via Invoices → Catalogue in the app.

  • Add items: Name, Default Price, Default VAT rate, optional SKU or reference
  • Edit or delete items at any time — changes do not affect previously issued invoices
  • When creating an invoice, tap Pick from Catalogue to select saved items
