The TWPayz Merchant Backoffice is a browser-based portal where you manage everything related to your card not present processing: transactions, Pay by Link, invoices, Virtual Terminal, reports, account details, and fraud controls. Access it from any desktop or mobile browser using the URL provided in your welcome email.
Backoffice Navigation
After logging in, the left-hand sidebar contains all sections. The main navigation items are:

| Settings | Account configuration and password change |
| Blacklist Details | Block specific cards or customers from transacting on your account |
| Whitelist Details | Override blacklist rules for trusted customers |
| Transactions | Search, view, and manage all transactions |
| Capture | Capture authorised-but-uncaptured transactions (full or partial) |
| Reversal | Reverse a captured transaction |
| Pay By Link | Generate and manage payment links |
| Merchant Invoice | Invoice Configuration, Generate Invoice, Invoice History |
| Virtual Terminal | Process MOTO and telephone order payments |
