Generate and share a payment link in under 30 seconds from your phone

  1. 1Open the TWPayz Merchant App. Tap Payments in the bottom navigation bar.
    Payments options screen opens.
  2. 2Tap Pay by Link.
    Pay by Link creation screen opens.
  3. 3Enter the amount. Optionally add the customer's name and select the link expiry time (24 hours, 48 hours, 3 days, or 7 days).
    Payment details entered.
  4. 4Tap Generate.
    Payment link and QR code created instantly.
  5. 5Share the link. Options shown on screen:
    • WhatsApp — opens directly in WhatsApp, ready to send
    • SMS — opens your phone's messages app
    • Copy Link — copies to clipboard for pasting anywhere
    • Share — opens your phone's native share sheet (email, Telegram, etc.)
    • QR Code — show on screen for the customer to scan
    Customer receives the payment link.
All Pay by Link transactions created in the app appear in Transaction Management in the Merchant Backoffice and in Sales in the Merchant App. Filter by Data Source: Pay by Link to see them separately.
