Merchant Invoice > Invoice Configuration
The Invoice Configuration page allows merchants to configure and manage invoice-related settings for their account.
How to access pages?
After logging in to the Merchant Backoffice, navigate to Merchant Invoice in the left-hand navigation menu and click Invoice Configuration.

This page provides various invoice configuration options, allowing you to customize invoice settings according to your business requirements. Any changes made can be saved and applied to future invoices generated through the system.

Merchant Invoice > Generate Invoice
The Generate Invoice page allows merchants to create and send invoices to customers as a payment request. Customers can use the invoice to complete the associated transaction within the specified validity period.
How to access pages?
After logging in to the Merchant Backoffice, click Invoice under the Merchant Invoice section in the left-hand navigation menu.
How to generate invoice?
Enter the required invoice and customer details to create an invoice. You can include multiple products or services within a single invoice.
Once all information has been provided, submit the invoice. The generated invoice will remain active until the configured expiration time, after which it will automatically become inactive.

Merchant Invoice > Invoice History
The Invoice History page allows merchants to view and manage previously generated invoices. It provides access to invoice records and their current statuses.
How to access pages?
After logging in to the Merchant Backoffice, click Invoice History under the Merchant Invoice section in the left-hand navigation menu.
Search criteria
You can search invoice by below details:
- From date (First date of the current month)
- To date (Today's date)
- Status
- Tracking ID
- Invoice number
- Description
- Rows/Page
- Order ID
Result details
The Invoice History section displays detailed information about generated invoices, including invoice status, tracking information, order details, and other relevant invoice data.
