Accounts
Click Accounts in the navigation bar to view and manage all your TWPayz Business Accounts. Each currency you hold is represented as a separate account.
Account Overview
Each account card on the Accounts screen displays:
| Item | Description |

| Currency flag & name | Identifies the currency of the account (e.g. GBP, EUR, USD). |
| Account number | Your unique account number for this currency. For GBP accounts this is an 8-digit number used alongside the sort code. For foreign currency accounts this may be presented as an IBAN. |
| Sort code | Your 6-digit sort code (GBP accounts only). Required when someone in the UK sends funds to you via Faster Payments or BACS. |
| Balance | The current available balance in that account's currency. |
Receiving Funds (Add Funds)
To receive money into your TWPayz account, you need to give the sender your account details. To view and copy these:
- 1Click Add Funds from the Dashboard banner, or click the relevant account from the Accounts screen.
- 2Your receiving details are shown. For GBP: sort code and account number. For foreign currency: IBAN and SWIFT/BIC.
- 3Copy these details and share them with whoever is sending funds to you.
Opening a New Currency Account
- 1Click New Account from the Dashboard or Accounts screen.
- 2Select the currency you want from the list of available options.
- 3Confirm the creation. The new account appears immediately in your Accounts list with a zero balance and its own unique account number or IBAN.
Available currencies depend on your account package. If the currency you need is not listed, contact your Account Manager to discuss adding it.
Transferring Between Your Own Accounts
You can move funds between two of your own TWPayz accounts using the Payments & transfers section:
- For GBP-to-GBP: use the UK Local tab and enter your own account number and sort code as the recipient.
- For foreign currency or cross-currency: use the International tab and enter your own IBAN as the recipient, or use Currency exchange if you want to convert currencies simultaneously.
