Void

Cancel a transaction before settlement.

1. On the home screen, tap the icon in the top left to open the menu.
2. In the menu, tap Transaction history.

3. Tap the transaction you want to void.
4. On the transaction detail screen, tap Void. The terminal begins processing the void request.

Once approved, the void is complete and your merchant receipt is printed.

A transaction can't be voided after it has been settled. For settled payments, use refund instead.
