Perform a refund

1. On the home screen, tap the icon in the top left to open the menu.
2. In the menu, tap Refunds.

3. Tap Start a refund.
4. If prompted, enter the required PIN.
5. Enter the refund amount, then tap Refund to continue.
6. Ask the customer to tap or insert their card. The terminal begins processing the refund.

Once the transaction is authorised, the refund is completed and a receipt is printed.
